Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days including production and shipping. International orders may take 14–21 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at support@myrouhi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement right away.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer replacements or refunds for damaged or defective items only. All sales are final for correctly fulfilled orders.

Where are your products made?

All items are printed on demand by Printful and shipped from their fulfillment centers in the US and Europe.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer S through 3XL on most items. Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements.

Are your products sustainable?

Printful uses OEKO-TEX certified materials on many products and only prints what is ordered — no overproduction, no waste.
